First of all, thank you very much to provide useful help regarding immigration related subjects through your website as well as through email.
I am currently facing one issue and would like to get some clarification on it.
Let me put my case here and see if you can guide me on this.
So my question is:
1). Will she require to obtain the H4 Sticker stamping on her passport this time when we goto India from the US Consulate?
2). If we go with the process we did in past, and get the H4 stamp on the passport, will she be still under H4 status or will it change her status in the system?

- I am currently on H1B Visa
- My wife is a Canadian citizen
- After marriage, she moved to USA with me on H1B. As a Canadian citizen, at the port of entry, immigration officer just added H4 stamp based on validity of my H1B and marriage certificate. Same thing happened when we came back to USA from our India trip last year.
- She doesn't have any H4 Sticker on her passport. She just have H4 stamp from the immigration officer at airport.
So my question is:
