regarding H1B

Hi friends,

I am applying for "Cap-subject H1-B" on April 1st 2008. However, I am also looking for non-profit based job for which I will be applying for "Cap-exempt H1-B".

My question is what happens if I get the cap-H1B approved but I join "non-profit organization"? Not using cap-subject H1-B after being approved now, will this cause any trouble to me in future if I want to join a cap-subjected job? Also, will I have to apply for a brand new H1-B at that time or can I just transfer "unused" H1-B to the new employer (even though I did not use it first time).

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

But I have no answer. But I am trying to read between the lines. So, you want to use a non-profit organization to get cap-exempt H1B and later change to where ever you want to? or what ever!
