  • H1B filing from 2 places

    Hi Seniors

I read in the news that an employer filing multiple applications for the same candidate will be barred and all his applications will be rejected. While I understand this I have a doubt if we can file multiple applications from different employers. I am planning to file H1B from two different places, will that be against laws? Please let me know on this ASAP as I have only one day to withdraw, if at all.

    Thanks & Regards

    H1 applications

---- NO, you cannot apply multiple applications from different employers (only one application per employer). More than one from each employer then all your applications weill stand rejected including the fees being non-refundable

---- You can only apply from two different employers with only one application from each employer and no more than one inclufding their subsidiaries and bracnhes of the same employer

Multi-national language translations and explanation with ...

... animations and cartoon characters is required for people to understand this USCIS' amended H1B application rule.

It's amazing how many people just not only can't seem to get it but keep asking the same question over and over and over and over again!!

I wish they'd first search through the forum before posting the same intelligent question.

      Take care.

        Knowlegeable,
You can not go on spoon feeding people as they always want short cut answers. The best thing is to tell them to go through the various postings on their questions. This will, atleast, in my opinion, force them to do some home work.

          My friend ...

... I fully agree with you.

I was just being sarcastic as I see the same questions posted numerous times.

          Have a great weekend.

          Best regards.
