H4 Stamping Clarification :confused:

We got our I-94 extended till Feb 2009 and H1 approved till Feb 2009.
Our visa is expiring on Apr 2008. My wife is going to india for 3 months visit.
When she comes back she should have a valid visa to enter US.

Our problem is i have not got my visa stamped after renewing/Transferring my H1B. Will it be a problem if i dont have a valid visa when she is appearing for Visa interview. Please clarify!!!

no problem but she needs copies of your H1 extension paperwork and aaproval. and her extension papers.
