My wife is on H1B and she worked last year. She recently went to
India and came back on H1B. This year she doesn’t want to work as we are expecting baby.
If she is on H1B, she has to be on payroll. She has EAD and AP also. If you want her to move to EAD with same employer, how?
If she is on maternity leave, how about next year if she dont want to work.
Can you please help with this situation?
