Help on H1b visa Urgent

Dear Team,

I have a Query regarding my H1B visa:

Last year, i had applied for H1b visa and my application is approved.I have my file no. with me through which i got to see that status is approved.But i did not have approval notice as it is kept by my employer through which i had applied.

Now my employer says me that we dont need people to hire.So they can not call me on H1b visa. Kindly suggest me what to do next.Like i have my reference no. with me, can i directly go to embassy for visa or whats else i should do.

One more query i have that if i again apply for H1B visa.The processing fee is to paid to embassy.If my application is not accepted or i did not get approval then whether my fee will return or not?

Kindly help me on these queries.

You will have to apply all over again.

Application fees are returned only if your application is not selected in the random lottery. Otherwise, they are not refundable whether you get approval or not.
