    can i visit to USA if i have valid H1 visa stamp from different employeer

    I transfered my H1 to different employer but i have valid visa with previous employer.if i went to india, can i come back.?

      A valid visa can be used for any employer who you have an approved H1 (I-797 copy) for. It advisable to carry an offer letter from the new employer.
