Need advice! H1-> H4 -> H1
Hi,
I kindly need your help.
Currently i am in H1 valid till 2010 and due to personal reasons planning to take a break for nearly 1 yr.I decided to apply change of status to H4(working till date).
Please let me know the possibilities that i can resume back to H1 again.
Whether i need to apply for a new H1 ?
Will that H1 be counted against cap?
Or Is it possible to reuse my old H1?
Or Is there any way to maintain my current H1 by applying any long leave without changing to H4?
