Hi,
I was working for a different company 'A' in year 2007 and now i recently got an offer with other company 'B' and already started working with the Company 'B'. Company 'B' applied for for my H1-B visa transfer. I am now worrying about few things:
1. How long the normal tranfer process takes?
2. Can i visit india if my visa is in transfer status?
3. Can i apply for Premium Process in middile of regular process (if the normal
process would take so long)? Actually am planing to visit india in July 08.
4. If i got the approval and then i visit india, how do i get the new stamping
on my passport?
5. Do i need to fill up the DS-156 and Ds-157 again to book the
stamping appointment?
6. Can i make the payment in dollars to get the HDFC receipt? (this receipt
number will be used to take the stamping appointment)
7. what kind of questions they ask during the visa transfer interview ?
8. please let me know what ever information you have related to this.
