    H1B Transfer

    Hi All

    I am novice in all this visa related stuff. I got my visa approved in Oct 2007, but still I haven't come to US cause of slow down, and my company told me not to come till further information. I got an offer from other company, with better package. but not very sure about the H1B transfer and the offer has 12 months contract clause, have two queries here

    1. can it be possible to get h1b transfer without coming to US
    2. is one sided service bond to serve a company for certain period is valid in US.

    2. It is not a bond but a contract and it is valid. Liquidated damages arising out of contracts can be claimed by the company.
