H1B Cancellation and H1B transfer - Please help-urgent

I worked with employer A and they sent letter to USCIS for the I-129 withdrawal on my last working day in last week. Last week, i have applied for the H1B transfer with another company B and got the receipt number by this monday. Now I got a very good offer from another company C.

Is it okay to accept the offer and initiate my H1B transfer with company C?

If I decline the joining with company B, it will withdraw my H1B transfer request immediatly.

Will this impact my H1B transfer with company C?

You can transfer to C provided you have started working for B using AC21. As the timeframe is so short, you can infact transfer to C providing proof of 797, paychecks etc from A, receipt from B. I would go with PP on the transfer to C to avoid any complications and then withdraw B.
