H4 stamping.

My visa (H1B) and my family (Spouse and children - H4) visas are valid till Mar 2009. My family is travelling to India now they need to get their visa stamped in india before entering US agin. My question is can they get their visas stamped while I am here in USA stiil on project assignment. Even though my visa is valid till Mar 2009 I need to get it revalidated. In this situation can they get their visa re-validated while I am here.

Appreciate quick help on this.

Your family can attend and renew their visa as long as you have an approved I797 and are maintaining proper H1b status in US. There is no need for you to get your visa stamped for them to get theirs.
