Leaving Employer

I am working for Desi consultant compnay A and have 2 weeks notice period. I got new offer from company B. Can I provide 2 days notice to existing employer Is that stands legal?

Pls let me know your advice.

The notice period is just a courtesy and not a legal requirement.

Any agreements that you have regarding liquidation damages, if any, were not part of your OP but can come into picture if you signed a contract.
