H1B Visa Transfer - Urgent

Dear concerned,

Iam planning to travel to USA next week, with out the consent of my current employer as I have already had assured by the new employer that the H1 B can be transferred with out much Issues.

My concerns/doubts are as follows:-

1. After My current employer gets to know that Iam In USA , with out there consent ,can they file any case or take any legal steps against me ?

2. Can H1 b visa transfer can happen with out nay pay stubs? If yes Pls tell me the procedure followed by the both the companies (I.e Old employer & new employer ) ?

Where are you currently employed? In India? Is that the same employer who sponsored your H1B, through US branch?

yes, iam currently in india & the employer is the same guy who has the branch in US .

But i want to move out of these guys & wishing to join in another us company ..

Pls advise ...
