H1B Visa Transfer - Urgent

I have a question on H1B Visa transfer. I'm planning to transfer my H1B visa to my friend's company. My friend started the company in USA one year back, but he didn't recruited anybody till now. I will be the first person to recruit. I want to know, what are the minimum requirements for that company to transfer my H1 Visa, I mean what documents the company need to show to INS to transfer my H1 Visa? I have Master's Degree in Engg. and also more than three years experience in US.

Use a lawyer. INS does not delienate between small and big companies. However there might be additional fees involved if most of the employees are H1 holders.

Thanks for your suggestion. Will there be any problem with INS, as he started the company an year ago, and didn't have any activity after starting (no clients, no recruits). Do you know any website, I can look for. Thanks in advance.
