H1B stamped after 221(g)
Hi
I am an mute spectator of this site for long time. I got my H1B visa stamped. Here I am giving details.
Interview attended at Chennai : Feb 07th
Got 221(g). Vo has ticked all the items under 'From your petitioner' Column.
And striked out passport.
Submitted documents at VFS : Mar 06th without passport.
Got an courier from Consulate : Mar 29th
This one contains another 221(g), to submit my passport thru drop box.
Submitted passport at VFS : Apr 11th
Got passport to home : Apr 17th.
I have attended H1B visa interview in Nov 2005. During that time I got an 221(g). But at that time, my consultant not able to give any documents to me. This time(Apr 2007 approval) I applied through different consultant and faced same 221(g). But fortunately I got it this time.
