Any luck to the people who filed multiple petitions?

I got to know that many people applied thru multiple employers in the current 2008 quota of H1b. Did anyone knows any case who filed with multiple employers that got the receipt?

ppl who applied H1 with Advanced degree i.e MS got receipt num...not sure about the general quota..also under both options we have Premium Processing...we need to take in to this as consideration.

For now, yes, if it is from different employers. But that does not mean they can't revoke it later on.

wait a couple of months

we need to wait for a couple of months for the bigger picture to emerge....then we'll know how USCIS is dealing with these petitions.....as of now, they got the advantage of having a better chance of their petition/s being selected INITIALLY in the lottery...we have to wait to see how sanely USCIS deals with those petitions....
