Is Visa stamping required after transferring H1B?

I have changed my job last year in 2007. My H1B is valid till May2009.

I am planning for a vacation to I dia.
Since I transferred my H1 do I need Visa stamping for new employer on my passport?

No need. As long as you have valid H1 documents and valid visa/I-94(even With old company name), you are eligible to enter USA back. I had similar situation when I changed my employer, I took sugestion from my company's lawyer. But you have to carry your old & New H1-b documents and all your W-2 forms with you when you enter US. Don't worry about it....
