If H1b Transfer disapproved - status of original H1b

Hello,
If somebody applies for H1b Transfer and it is disapproved for any reason - will the original H1b revoked/invalid or will it be still valid as long as the current employer does not withdraw the H1B.

It is valid as long as the current employer does not withdraw the H1B.
