Hello Folks,

I am filling my wife H4 extension Petition information and she has separate H4 I-797.
The chennai visa website ask me to fill the following information.
So have doubt on those. Can somebody advice me the information are correct or wrong.

1. Principle Applicant’s Name:* (I think it’s my Name)
2. Petition Receipt Number:* (will I need to put my H1B WAC number or my wife H4 WAC number?)
3. Petitioner Name:*(is My H1B company Name)
4. Principle Applicant's Visa Class:*(is My VISA status H1B)
