H1 re-stamping

Hi,

I just changed my employer. In the meantime my VISA got expired on Sep-2007 and I got the new I-797 approval notice with the I-94 extension. I need to travel to India and come back in the next month. My question is

1. What are the steps I need to follow for the restamping and my spouse (H4) who is in US and travelling with me ?

2. What are the documents needed for this ?
