H1B Transfer Problem

Hi,

I am working for a company A and planning to transfer my H1 to another company B from next month. In Company B they told me that if I provide this month timesheet they can start paying me from this month itself. Will this create any problem.

You can start receiving (i.e. working) for company B as soon as you get confirmation from the lawyer that the H1 transfer was filed (Fedex receipt or somthing like that). check out AC21 memo.
