Documents needed for H1B stamping !!

Hi

I am planning to go to CANADA for H1B VISA stamping. I would like to know what are all the documents required for VISA stamping.
In INDIA I heard that they need photgraphs of the company etc. This holds true for CANADA/MEXICO also.
