Question on H1B-X Transfer

Hello,
I hold a H1B-X for company A which is expiring on July 5ht 2008. Now i am in india and my company do not have currently any assignments for me in US so i am thinking of changing job to retain my H1B. Is it possible to transfer my H1BX to company B if they are willing to transfer my VISA ?
