    H4 TO H1 Transfer.I-94 expiring in June'02

    Hello,
    My wife changed from H4 status to H1B. Her I-94 is expiring in Jun'02. We do not want to go to India/Mexico/Canada. Is her I-797 approval notice enough ?? Pl. give me some options available. Thanks
