I -94 .This is urgent .I am leaving to India tomorrow.

Hi,
My visa and I-94 is expired .Now I got new I-94 wiht the new H1-approval notice.
I am leaving tomorrow to India for stamping.
Should I submit 2 I-94s (One with the Old port of entry) and one with the New H1-approval notice.

As I am leaving tomorrow, let me know immediately.

Since you submited a copy of old I-94 card while applying for I-129 (H1 extension), now you are given a new I-94 card. You submit surrender the newer I-94 card. It doesnt hurt to surrender the old one either since you will never need it anyway. Do keep a copy of both.

btw, how long did it take to get approval fro i129?
