H1 Transfer Case

Hi,

I am presently working in USA on L1 visa for a Company "A". My old H1B visa got renewed 15 days back by a Company "B". Company "B" has not given me a copy of my approved H1B petition and I-94. I have a good offer from a company "C". "C" is ready for my H1B transfer. My plan is to quit "A" by giving 15 days notice. I am expecting that I will get a copy of my petition and orignal I-94 from "B".

My question is

1) Will there be any issue in my H1 transfer through company "C" without any paystub from Company "B" with in one month of quitting of Company "A".

If B has an approved change of status to H1b, continuing to work on L1 is illegal.

If it was not a COS, then you could transfer to C. Otherwise, you need paystubs from B and copy of approval notice.
