I-94

Dear Friends:

My H1B visa and I-94 has expired on Dec31st2000 and was extended upto sep2003.


When should i send my visa for revalidation. Is there any timelimit or deadline to send for revalidation.

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

Send now. Before Dec 31st 2001. If it is over 1 year, St. Louis can deny to revalidate and you would need to get it done in India.

I have same kind of Problem.
My visa and I-94 is expired .Now I got new I-94 wiht the new H1-approval notice.
I am leaving tomorrow to India for stamping.
Should I submit 2 I-94s (One with the Old port of entry) and one with the New H1-approval notice.

As I am leaving tomorrow, let me know immediately.
