can MBA student allpy for h1b visa

hello friend

my sister had completed MBA finance in the year 2006 at hyderabad (india)she is working in good mnc company till the date ie 2006 december to till date so my query is can she file h1b for the year 2009 ?is this 2 years experience is enough for filling h1b visa?

Yes she can assuming the job is in a Specialty Occupation that requires at least a Bachelor's degree equivalent to a 4 yr US degree.

She will have to apply next year on April 1st 2009 for H1 starting on Oct 1st, 2009.
