Lost I-94

Hello,
My I-94 is missing and i do have a new valid visa petition. But my I-94 had expired last year since i haven't got the new stamping yet. Now i want to get the stamping, but i don't have my I-94. How should i proceed. Can anyone HELP.

Lost I-94

Fill I-102 and submit to INS, may be through a lawyer and INS will issue a new I-94. I think there is no problem here. Check with your lawyer for more accurate info.
