H1 Revalidation delay

I applied for revalidation of H1 on Oct 18, 2001. The money order is cashed and i haven't yet recived the revalidated H1. Is there any way to track it? Or anybody has any idea for this excessive delay? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

I heard from a friend that, couple of passports sent for revalidation during oct have been blocked due to anthrax scare, they will be sent out after decontamination it seems. so, wait until decontamination ....

please check from other resources or state gov website also, because, I am not sure how reliable this news is

Processing time is 12-15 weeks
currently processing the applications receive before 2 nov 2001
