Entry with H1B visa

Hello Group,

I have a H1B visa stamped and valid till september 2008. I could not travel due to project related reasons in gulf and ould like to travel in Mid July 2008. Will there be any problem if i travel with a visa which is valid only for 2 months? are there any new rules and rugulations in Immigration came in effect for the same?

You need to new offer letter to prove that the job still exists. You need to get paid from day 1 of H1b and your employer has to file for an extension immediately upon your arrival in couple of weeks. Extension filing requires your recent paystubs from the US to prove you are working and maintaining your status.
