Process of changing back to H4???? help needed

What is the process of changing back to H4 from H1?how long does it usually take?

Its very simple. All you need is your spouse's H-1B documents(her approval notice, offer letter etc) and fill up and submit the H-4 form at the consulate. It is not necessary for the spouse to be present although it may be beneficial?
