H1b transfer query - Urgent pls

I stayed for 2 years in USA and came back to India as my project is complete. Now I have the most recent paystubs. Now another consulting company is tlling me that they will process my H1b transfer from India.

as I have all the paystubs do I have to go for transfer with consular Notification or normal transfer?

pls help..this is urgent

If you are in India, pay stubs are not required. The petition will be Consular Processing. Once you get the petition (not subject to cap) approved, you can enter with a valid visa and I-797.

The term "transfer" is only used by many when you are present in the U.S.
