Hi,
Has anyone been to Mumbai recently for H-1 B revalidation. Please post your experiences. I was told by some friends that the process has become really painful in the wake of Sept. 11
Also , since the revalidation has been stopped at Canada/ Mexico for Third party Nationals , going to Mumbai is my only option. I can't even send my passport to St Louis 'cause the H-1 on my passport has been expired for more than a year.
Does Immihelp know if the one year rule at St. Louis will be relaxed or do they implement it strictly.
