Hi,
I am in the process of transferring my H1 to another company. I am leaving company 'A' and joining 'B'.
But company 'A' is saying that he will withdraw my H1.
Now, company 'B' is already having my EAC number.
1>Can i start working in company B??
2>Can i go out of status if company A withdraws my H1 since i do not have my employee copy of H1 from company 'B' yet- i only have an EAC number.
3> Is there any period within which i should get my employee copy of my H1 from company 'B'.

Re

1. You can start working for the "B" as soon as a transfer request has been properly filed with INS (which, I understand, it was).

2. You will not fall out of status as your petition for "B" was filed while your H-1 status was still valid (and still is?).

3. Don't understand the question.
