H1 check cleared..can i travel?

Currently i m in US working for employer A with L1...company B applied H1 for me and my check cleared(got in lotory)may2008 and my process is going on...
but i need to travel to india for a month vacation on june with L1 visa..
will there be any problem in port of entry when i return from india?
will there be any problem for my H1 processing?

please advice...

If your case is Change of Status (COS) from L1 to H1 and you travel while your case is still pending (not approved), your COS will be deemed abadandoned by USCIS. H1 approval is not affected but COS is.

Otherwise, you can travel and re-enter on L1.

If you travel after you get the H1 with COS approved and come back before Oct 1st, your COS takes effect and your status changes to H1 on Oct 1st despite travel. You cannot work for your L1 employer after Oct 1st in this case.
