Hi All,
Currently i am working for a Company A(profit) on H1B Visa. Got an offer from Company B(non profit). Company B is sending my H1B transfer files to USCIS today(May 22nd 2008) through overnight fedex. And they want me to start from (May 27th 2008) Tuesday as monday is a holiday.
Company B lawyer is saying that as we can get a confirmation from fedex that our papers will been mailed to USCIS this friday. you can start from Tuesday.
Is it ok to start on tuesday without getting the reciept no for H1B Transfer.
