Hi,
I came to USA on B1/B2 Visa in Sep 2006,Later on my wife got H1b and I have got my H4. After that I have been Sponsered and got an approval for H1b by a school.I would like to get an advise regarding my visa appointment. I have got my initial B1/B2 Visa from Chennai consulate now that I was in USA for more than one and half year, I do not have a permanant residence in India,as I have my brother living in Delhi can I give my present address as Delhi and ask for Delhi consulate for my next appointment.
