Hi,
I have a question to clarify:
I am planning to visit Canada (Toronto) next month on visitor visa. Now the scenario is that, the request/processing for my duplicate H1 extension approval notice is going on with INS. In fact my original stamped H1 is expiring in Nov. So if at the airport, they keep my I-94, and while re-entering back, give me the new one, will it affect my on-going request for duplicate approval notice or its all fine with ZERO effect on all this processing.
Do you feel that I should not go? Does request for duplicate approval needs all the processing again, as it takes 4-6 months?
