    I 485 Help

    Hi,

    My Husband has H1 visa and me was H4. we both living in USA for the past 3 1/2 years. My lawer was submitted my husbands I 485. at that time he didnt apply my I 485. Now my husband got EAD. is it possible to apply my I 485 now.

    Your 485 can be applied only when the priority date is current.
