Husband on H1 ,Wife also applying on H1

Iam on a H1 and came to US on May 2008.My wifes H1 has been selected for the lottery for the current year and she cud enter by oct 2008.My questions are
1. Since I have an H1, would my wifes have any issues in getting H1?
2. The same company that filed my H1 has offered job for my wife and is filing for my wifes H1 as well.Would this create any issues?

1. No, What makes you think so? She has to qualify for the H1b position on her own.
2. If they have a real job for your wife and she qualifies for it, no issues.
