DS-157 question: countries entered

I am filling out the DS-157 form online for a H1-B application. There is a question on this form (#9):

"List all countries you have entered in the past ten years (give the year of each visit)".

I live in the USA and have visited India several times over the last few years. So what should my answer be?

Should I list India? I would guess not.

What about the US? If so, should I list each re-entry into the US separately with the correspoding year?

Should I list all the countries I have transited through during travel between US and India? Even if I haven't left the airport? This is quite unclear.

Don't worry about countries whose airports you had to "visit".

I might be wrong DMX but I did write all my trips to India on my form when I went for visa stamping assuming It was necessary. It won't harm you if you would mention on your form.

I guess it does not matter. My answer was based on my common sense. It does not make a difference, I think.
