H1B Transfer Deadline

I am currently on H1B Visa with Employer A. My H1b visa will be expiring on aug 5th 2008. My current employer would be filing for my h1b visa extension soon. Now i got a job offer from Employer B. Can i transfer my h1b visa to the new employer, taking into account that theres only 3 months to transfer my visa to expire. Is there any such time limit crossing which we cannot trasnfer h1 visa (i mean 90 days before h1b visa expires).

Please help, as this is very urgent matter for me........Plzzzzzz

No such thing like expiration or the latest one can file. Key is to have it filed before the I-94 expires. The sooner, the better.

If you are in valid status, you can begin work for new employer using H1b portability the day your transfer petition reaches USCIS.
