H1B grace period

Hi,

I have few questions on h1b status --

I m currently on h4 to h1 change of status , once i get my h1 papers , how long can I be without payslip or what is the grace period.

Can my employer cancel/invalidate my h1b if i dont find a project , and if my employer can cancel my h1b when would it be done ? will it be at the end of my grace period.

There is no grace period! Your employer is responsible for placing you on the project. In filing for the H1B he stated that he had work for you.
