    Urgent Please Help !

    Hi,

    This is for a friend of mine. He came to US to do a project work at Iowa State University for a 2 months duration on J1 Visa. There is a two year home stay requirement on J1 Visa. Is there a way to waive this 2 year ban on entering US ? If yes, what is the procedure ?
