OPT to H-1, back to OPT

I was on OPT which goes to august 2001. I got laid off. Can I use remaining time of my OPT. If I can, wha am i supposed to do?

You switched status from OPT to H-1B. You are technically out of status. I would try to get another job right away that will sponsor your H-1B. You need to file an extension as soon as possible.
