I'm applying for H1B after B2 refusal

In May 2008 I was refused a B2 Visit Visa to visit my brother working in the US. The reason being 'no strong ties in India'.

I now intent to apply for a H1B visa. Will my B2 denial have any bearing on my H1B visa application?

No. H1B is a dual intent visa.

Mine is a similar case and what I learned from this forum is the fact that prior 214 denials doesn't impact H1b.
