When to get H1b approval......

Hey frnds,
i m visiting this forum since long time..
i m selected in lottery this year.. but now people said that they start giving approval from 2nd june. but till now i havent got approval. as i m having receipt no.

second thing is that i m commerce graduate person. but having 7 years of IT exp. what r chances to get H1b stamping.
plz help me out.

Honestly, no one can tell when the case will be adjudicated and what the visa outcome will be.
