Documents required for H4 visa for my son

Hi,

I recently got my H1 Stamped on my passport after responding to the 221G query. I am not yet in US.

I would like to have my SON also to get stamped a H4 Visa based on my H1 visa before I travel to US.

In this case what are all the documents required for my son's H4 stamping.

Please let me know, as I have not yet Travelled to US and I do not have US paystubs or any other w2 forms.
